Our Client is a billion $ franchise of one of the top notch FMCG companies globally and is aiming to further expand and capitalize on its presence in the region. As a part of this expansion they are looking to recruit a Learning and Development manager for their HR team.

The role will cover the creation and implementation of the organizations’ end to end learning and development strategy including creating a complete range of learning tools, organizing a full house development needs analysis and developing a competency model for all the business units across the organization. In addition to this, you will be the key contact for all learning and development activities, building and maintaining positive working relationships with all line function heads.

To qualify for this role you will have a minimum of 10 -15 years experience of implementing a learning and development strategy within a large organization preferably in the FMCG sector and a proven track record in designing and delivering learning and development activities. An excellent communicator, you will champion learning and development throughout the company to realize business potential.
